stuffed grape leaves

grape Leaves stuffed

one jar grape leaves
1 lb lamb or beaf meat, no fat
Two cups rice cooked five minutes
seasoning, all spice, pepper and salt
garlic, two cloves cut into four parts

mix meat and rice in large bowl
wash and rinse grape leaves
add spices to the meat and rice
take each leaf and put enough on the leaf to roll into boritto type rolls, add to pot in circular motion. add garlic to the rows of grape leaves, add water and cook for thirty minutes or until rice is cooked well, add lemon juice to the grape leaves and serve, it will make about six servings
